What you are booking
$24.90 USD covers one complete, private WhatsApp text consultation with an assigned coach. We discuss both people’s situation, ask follow-up questions, analyze the relationship issues, and provide a personalized reconnection plan you can save. Explanations of that plan are included during the consultation.
When the consultation is complete
The consultation is complete once your personalized analysis and plan have been provided and the recommendations explained. It is not a fixed 24-hour service, a phone or video call, or daily ongoing coaching. Longer-term support is separate and requires a separate agreement; this payment does not subscribe you to it.
Payment and getting started
PayPal processes your payment. Saving a request, approving an order or opening PayPal does not by itself confirm completed payment. Your booking page opens the WhatsApp consultation link only after the payment is verified. You must then press Send in WhatsApp to contact the team.
The team confirms your assigned coach and arranges the text consultation. We do not promise an instant reply or a fixed completion time. If timing is important to you, email us before paying. If you have already paid, do not pay again to recover a booking.
Cancellation and refunds
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your request number. We will review your booking and confirm cancellation and any refund arrangements. If the consultation has already begun, contact us to discuss your situation. Any rights you have under applicable law are unaffected.
If contact is missed
Use the private link in your booking email, or recover your booking on the help page. If we cannot reach you, we will attempt to contact you by email. If we cannot provide the paid service, we will refund your payment. This requires the team to review the booking; it is not an automatic refund timer.
Scope and boundaries
Guidance is for adults 18 and older. We cannot guarantee another person’s decision or a reconciliation. This service is not therapy or emergency support. We do not contact the other person on your behalf. Guidance must respect a clear request for no contact.
