Consultation information
Reconnect Clarity uses the email address, relationship details, and consent you submit to prepare and provide your consultation, contact you, and match your payment to your request. Your request is stored in our website’s consultation records and reviewed through restricted administrative access.
We email a private booking link. Your full story is not included in the internal notification email. Only share details you are comfortable sharing; you can leave the story field blank and explain during your consultation.
Payment and conversation services
PayPal processes payments. We do not collect your card details through this form. We store the booking’s PayPal order or transaction reference, payment status and verification history to provide the service and handle payment issues. WhatsApp is used for the text consultation. Your use of PayPal and WhatsApp is also subject to their privacy policies.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening the form and clicking checkout. This plugin does not send your email, story, request number or private access token in its custom events. Private booking-link details are removed from the page address before our analytics tag runs. Campaign information may be stored with your request to understand where inquiries came from.
Your private booking link
This browser may keep your request number and a private access token for up to 30 days so you can return after payment. This is not your relationship story or payment card information. Anyone with the private link may access that booking’s payment status and verified consultation link, so keep it private and avoid shared browsers. Contact us if you think the link has been shared.
Campaign tags can be kept in this tab while you explore the website. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated form and recovery requests; we do not store raw IP addresses in those limits.

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email wulffraatgrammont@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for service, payment or dispute handling.
