A video explains a general pattern. A private consultation lets us discuss your history, what you have already tried and how the other person has responded. Your written plan brings those details together, with answers to questions about the recommendations.
One complete WhatsApp text consultation with an assigned coach: discussion of both people’s situation, follow-up questions, personalized analysis and a reconnection plan, including explanations during your consultation. Daily ongoing support, phone and video calls are not included.
You do not need to fit your story into a label or explain everything in the booking form. Choose the closest option, then talk through the details during your consultation. If you are unsure whether the service fits, email the team before paying.
No. We can help you understand the situation and plan your next steps, but another person’s choices are outside anyone’s control. Client stories describe individual experiences, not a promised outcome.
Tell us in the form. Guidance must respect a clear request for no contact. We do not recommend bypassing a block, using other accounts, monitoring someone, or pressuring them to respond.
After payment is verified, use the WhatsApp link in your booking and press Send. The team confirms your assigned coach and arranges the consultation. We do not promise an instant reply or fixed completion time. If timing matters, email us before paying.
No. The short context field is optional. You can explain your full situation privately during the text consultation. Only share details you are comfortable sharing.
Use the private link in your request email or recover your booking on the help page. Your verified booking opens the WhatsApp link. If you cannot access it, email your request number and PayPal transaction ID. Do not pay again. If we cannot provide the paid service, we refund your payment.
